Would you like to know more about the flowers, plants, and trees you pass by during your trail ride?  There’s no better way to learn and explore our beautiful California home than on horseback!  Offer your trail riding group a unique outdoor experience by riding with Laura Pasetta a Certified California Naturalist.   Pasetta, owner of Wild Rootz, is also professionally trained in therapeutic herbal medicine, and covers a wide variety of California’s nature-related topics on her rides.  Pasetta has ridden horses for over 35 years and has a passion for trail riding, participating and competing in backcountry trail trials, Western dressage, and ranch riding.  She’s a local hiking guide and instructor for the Conejo Open Space Foundation, Conejo Valley Botanic Garden, and Environmental Educations Section of the Mountain Restoration Trust.  

 

Pasetta will work with you to enhance your nature ride by helping you select from a variety of topics and customizing it specifically for your group’s needs.
