This Class is a beautiful way to ground yourself, calm your mind, and reconnect with the present moment. Unlike goal-oriented hiking or exercise walking, this practice emphasizes awarenessintention, and sensory engagement over speed or distance.

This is more than a hike—it’s a mindfulness experience, where we use all five senses to connect with the beauty around us and within us.
