About the Event
Come and join us, in this private event and connect with nature while learning how to identifying wild urban plants, for food and medicine.
Following the walk will be a hands-on demonstration on how-to:
• Make a hot and cold infusion, medicinal tea from some of the wild plants identified.
• Culinary sampling of wild-foraged soup, salad and herbal beverage.

This class will explore and identify some of the most delicious and medicinal ways our wild urban weeds can provide as either food or medicine. The walk ends with a homemade culinary sample from wild foraged ingredients.
