About the Event
In this class you’ll learn to identify wild elderberries, how to grow our native variety successfully in your back yard and how they can provide both medicinal and culinary benefits. Concluding with a hands-on demonstration on how to make your own homemade syrups, jelly, cordials and medicine from both the flowers and the fruit.
