Laura's gardening class covers everything you need to know about growing a delicious variety of carrots year-around!
She'll teach you the best growing condition, soil prep, planting by seeds and transplant, amount of sunlight, feeding,
watering, when to harvest and pest management.
Laura will switch from gardening to a hands-on cooking demonstration transforming carrots, into delicious recipes your family will love!
She'll cover additional topics such as: what varieties taste and grow best in our southern California region for canning, pickling, juicing, roasting, salads and pesto spreads from the green tops.
Garden to Table will help you have a successful carrot growing season, inspire you to try new varieties in your cooking and give you a whole new appreciation for the food we grow in our home gardens.

I found this book in a little quaint, cozy book store while visiting Berkely for the weekend.
I've cooked 70% of the recipes out of this cookbook, everything is healthy and delicious! Most are gluten-free and vegan however, you would never guess your eating no meat!
I love cooking with big flavors and so does my family. This book ROCKS when it come to cooking dinners that taste like you are at a
fine restaurant!
Simple, yet amazing, my GO-TO when out -of -town guests come for dinner...they're
always impressed!
I'm the biggest cookbook geek there is... and when I find something I know is going to impress me in the kitchen and my family for dinner... I will not hesitate to buy it!
The fire cider Bloody Mary recipe sold it for me and yes the recipes are fantastic and do not disapoint!
If you like to find new ways to learn and cook healthy then this book will not disappoint.
It has lots of great photos and ways to cook almost every green you can find at either the farmers market of at your
local. market.
Plant descriptions and recipes are also very well done!

This worm composter it easy to use comes with everything but the worms however, amazon give you a reference on who to buy from which is nice. Instructions and their online video really help get you started!
